Our strategy is two-fold, but single focused – as women, who were sexually abused we must heal ourselves and learn how to really protect our children.
We realize that everyone has the right to be free from the pain of their sexual abuse — men, women and children. No one should ever have to carry the grief and the shame of sexual abuse.
Reclaim Global, at this time, focuses on helping women get healed from their sexual abuse. We encourage women to finally speak-up about their abuse – and make their loyalty to themselves greater than to anyone else, especially their perpetrator, even if s/he was a family member. Woman do not need to keep their sexual abuse silent anymore, even in her family, because of threats or comments like: “We need to keep our family business quiet.” (Info on ReClaim Global Programs is coming soon)
When the victim and families don’t expose this tragic, silent crime, they allow the perpetrator to roam around and stalk and take more children. The sexually abused adult needs to learn how to talk themselves innocent. (“Talk Yourself Innocent” video coming soon)
As Reclaimers, we have wept for ourselves as we told our stories, and we have wept for our sisters, while they told theirs. We have helped multiple generations heal from sexual abuse.
We weep for the little children that are getting sexually abused everyday, every hour, every second – because no one is watching, no one is protecting them. Inside us, we burn with tears for them, for the little children who walk about like we did – in silence, helpless, hurting, and desperately hoping that someone would make us feel safe again. (Make sure you are not missing the signs of sexual abuse — Be Suspicious.)
When we weep for ourselves, we allow our healing to begin. When we weep for others, we will find the strength within us to help stop the insidious acts of sexual abuse. We must begin the protection process by implementing a Battle Cry to Mothers, to help us, and to stand with us. (Info on how to join coming soon.)
