OUR MISSION: No More Silent Crimes, Silent Children
“The fundamental mission of ReClaim is to prevent future childhood sexual abuse worldwide through education and other means, to educate mothers and parents about their legal and moral duties to protect their children from resident and non-resident perpetrators of childhood sexual abuse; to provide an answer and a cure for those who have been the victims of childhood sexual abuse; to influence people through education, so that properly informed people can take steps to ensure fair, equal stances on childhood sexual abuse; and to ensure that perpetrators pay for their crimes regardless of how long ago they were committed.”
Who could have really stopped the sexual abuse at Penn State?
How many boys could have been saved from the sexual abuse at Penn State – if only the main caregivers knew what to look for when it was happening? It is for certain that these boys displayed signs of sexual abuse. Someone should have been there watching. Someone should have seen the change in her child’s behavior. Someone should have known the questions to ask. Someone should have educated that child that they should not ever allow someone to do this to them. Reclaim intends to bring this type of education to the world.
Any type of sexual abuse is horrible. It shows no prejudice.
Reclaim Global is a non-profit organization. We believe any type of sexual abuse is horrible. It shows no prejudice. We know that women, men, and children – both boys and girls – are molested, raped, abducted, trafficked, sold into sexual slavery, molested by strangers, by females and males. But, in the bigger picture of sexual abuse these tragic issues are small compared to the children, especially the little girls, that are molested each night in their beds, by a father, step-father, a brother, step-brother, grandfather, an uncle, the mother’s boyfriend, and even the friends of older siblings. We believe if we can focus on this latter demographic, we will drastically reduce sexual abuse across the board.
The hard-core facts about sexual abuse…we must start at the bottom and cause a groundswell.
The coaches, the priests, the scout leaders, or the likes thereof are not doing the majority of sexual abuse. It’s likely because these groups have the position of public trust that these stories get the most news exposure; alongside the revolting abductions and the psychotic raping and killing of children. We should be told this is happening. We should be very concerned when it does.
Reclaim is not prejudiced against fathers, or the male caregivers of children. We know that there are millions and millions of them who would never, ever harm children. However, we can’t ignore the statistical facts. It is by large the males who are committing the most sexual abuse crimes, and the group they are getting to is our daughters.
The largest, most likely group to protect our daughters from these males is their mothers. We must start our groundswell here. This position will give us our farthest reach into all other areas of sexual abuse, even as far as reducing abuse from those in a public trust position. If we can get the mothers to answer the Battle Cry and take note of what is really going on in the household, we believe we will throw a boulder into the biggest pond where sexual abuse is happening the most. This strategy will cause a tsunami effect; one that will have far reaching waves into all areas of sexual abuse. If we adequately educate the main caregiver, and our children to know how to handle sexual abuse if it ever happens to them, we will drastically reduce the successful molestations by those in public trust.
Mothers will be held accountable to protect their children, or go to jail.
Mothers, primarily, must be educated on how to watch for sexual abuse, how to prevent it from happening, and what to do if it ever happens to their child. (Coming soon: Learn How to Defend Your Child.) If mothers don’t do this, if mothers look the other way, and allow their child to be abused – our goal to make sure they are counted as an accessory to this felony.
The hard-core facts about sexual abuse: It happens more to little girls at home than anywhere else.
We are greatly sad to see anyone experience abuse. It is a crime against humanity, whether it is a boy or a girl, or an adolescent, or a woman who is raped. However, when we take all of those who were sexually violated by someone in a public trust position, and combine those numbers with all abductions, rapes, and even murder, and combine these figures with the adult females who molest children, and add to that the number of little boys who are being molested – it still does not compare to the astronomical number of girls who are being sexually abused by males, in and around the home, especially in their own bedrooms.
This tragic fact is where Reclaim Global will make the loudest noise. This is where we will plead the most to help these girls — and also extend a Battle Cry for Mothers to join us in our efforts to learn how to protect all children; male and female. If mothers will only do what is right, we believe child molestation statistics will be reduced across the board drastically. We can stop these perpetrators, by teaching ourselves how to protect our families, even from those in public trust positions. We must teach our children to tell all, the instant anything happens.
